We’re excited to open up the Bundara stables for an afternoon of creative, hands on wreath making with renowned floral designer, Martin O’Loughlin, (founder of Potteround Floral Design in Rozelle and Sydney CBD, and now Lily Baxter Floral Artisans). His work ranges from corporate functions to gala dinners, concerts and fashion shows, flowers for private yachts, jets, homes & exclusive private events. He’s well known for his skill in wreath workshops too - his booked out online floral wreath making workshops were voted by employees as the best online activity during the entire covid lockdown! I’m delighted to have him join us.

Our first year here has gone by so fast and, fair to say, it's been a busy one! Lots of tweaking and restyling and making this feel like our home as well as a home away from home for our guests.

What a busy weekend we had
Congratulations to the organisers on a stellar lineup of over 80 authors and speakers - including the fabulous Gina chick who had the whole room on their feet and united in song and a host of thought provoking sessions on everything from truth in journalism to regenerative agriculture.
And as an added bonus we had the lovely staying in our Bellevue Cottage.
Lots of new books piled up on the coffee table awaiting my attention.
Our small town really knows how to put on a big event!

We're very excited to announce we're opening the gates of Bundara Farm for a series of creative workshops, to be held in our beautiful farm stables over the coming months.

First in the series is a fabulous Christmas wreath making workshop.

Please join us for an afternoon of hands-on, creative wreath making led by two local florists, where you’ll have the opportunity to craft your own beautiful wreath just in time for the festive season!

Whether you prefer the timeless elegance of a traditional Christmas wreath or want to experiment with a more contemporary design, you’ll have the freedom to create something truly unique Using a variety of fresh and dried materials, you’ll learn the art of arranging them into a stunning piece that reflects your personal style.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned creatives alike, this workshop offers a relaxing and inspiring environment to let your creativity bloom while sipping on a complimentary glass of bubbles!

A few years back in the midst of a (late) mid life crisis, I trained as a florist …… because who doesn't love flowers!? And now I find myself here on the farm, surrounded by beautiful blooms and the kitchen scullery often becomes my workshop. Turns out it’s a very handy skill to have!!

Whenever I have to leave the farm and head back to Sydney for a few days, I like to take a little bit of something from the garden with me ……. and a bunch of these gorgeous roses never fail to remind me of one of the many reasons I can’t wait to get back there!
