We thought we'd share a little something from the archives...

This time last year we first introduced our Korean Fried Chicken Slider w. Pickled Cucumber, Fresh Herbs and Gochujuang Mayo.

Have you seen this gorgeous little canape around? Since this time last year we've seen this on so many canape menus from the Highlands to Kiama to Jervis Bay!

If we could recommended one thing it would be to add a more substantial canape to your menu - like a slider - if you have an early ceremony to keep your guests from getting hungry before dinner!
