Jo has absolutely been avoiding this day, she feels like her team are her heart and soul and wants everyone to know. (so cutesy)

Meet Jo, the talented and passionate heart & soul behind Garnish Creative Catering.

For over 13 years, Jo has been serving up innovative, flavour-packed dishes to the South Coast of NSW, blending her love for local ingredients with a creative twist that'll leave you dreaming about it for years to come (like literally)

What started as a dream (and someone asking Jo to cater for a 200 people wedding) has now become a thriving catering business, known for its fresh, local menus and personalised service that brings each couple's vision to life.

With the greatest eye for each detail and a true love for food, Jo continues to elevate every event she touches, making sure each bite is made with love and of course every belly is full (Jo's motto IYKYK)
