This past weekend I drove for 18 hours to spend 1 day watching my grand daughter perform with her dance troop. Thankfully this one took place during the winter while the strawberries and flowers are all in winter dormancy. Being a grandmother is one of life’s most important roles 🥰

During Summer our high tunnel got too hot for our strawberry plants so we had to move them into a quickly built structure. Yesterday my husband and I began the hard work digging post holes for our milled timber posts to build our permanent summer meshed green house. Today I’m back to digging up more of our dahlias. Have an awesome Sunday ❤️

South Coast bees 🐝 desperately and urgently need your help. Varroa mite has finally made it to our area. During the bushfires we lost thousands of hives along the south coast and beekeepers have been caring for their bees waiting for the forest to regenerate and produce the flowers which were lost when our trees burned along the coast. Now with varroa arriving many of us do not want to treat our bees with chemicals. This amazing device will give us the ability to treat our hives and keep our south coast honey pure and chemical free.

We are so close to reaching our goal but we can’t get there without your help. Please take a look at our go fund me and if you can please help us to save our bees.

Varroa mite has spread across the whole Eurobodalla Shire — and our bees URGENTLY need your help !!!!

This tiny parasite is deadly to honey bees and has now been detected in every part of our ahire. Without urgent action, local hives will suffer — and with them, our environment and backyard gardens.

We’re fundraising for a Varroa Controller — A CHEMICAL FREE , heat-based device to help local beekeepers treat hives and save bees. It will be available for all members to use and will support education and early intervention.

If you love local honey and bees in your garden , now’s the time to act.

Today, our farm stand features our premium unrefined creamed honey alongside our signature unrefined honey. Notably, our honey is unrefined, retaining localized pollen particles, which have been found to aid individuals suffering from allergies. We maintain a hands-off approach, ensuring our honey remains 100% natural, just as our bees intended.
