Meeting Caitlin and Stephen was a little like meeting ourselves, albeit quite a number of years ago! We knew from the moment they sat down at that very first meeting that we were going to get along famously and that their wedding would be one of our all-time favourites! The reason? Their outward show of love and support for each other!

And of course, this carried through to their ceremony. There were tears and laughter and sunshine and rain, and throughout it all was their insanely powerful love, not just for each other but for their families, their friends...and also for us!

Caitlin and Stephen, we are so delighted that you took that leap of faith and crossed each other’s paths, because you are absolutely meant to be together, and we loved that we got to feel your love! ❤️

Gabriella and Chris

We married Chris’s brother some years before and so we had a vague memory of Gabriella and Chris, but it was at our very first meeting that we couldn’t believe our luck that they were considering booking us! Why? Because they are the most gorgeous couple, with smiles for miles, and they quite literally radiate a beautiful warmth.

As a bride, Gabriella was breathtaking, and because she’s so beautiful both inside and out, she absolutely stole everyone's hearts.

Their celebration, from the Ceremony right through til the end of the Reception was incredibly magical and so full of everything that made them them, from their beautiful fur-boy Herbie as ring bearer, to the Lebanese drummers - they embraced it all.

Rachael and Denni

When we asked Rach and Denni to tell us their love story, they were so enthusiastic that they quite literally gave us enough content for a two hour ceremony!

This glorious duo are one of the most loved-up couples we’ve ever had the delight of getting to know. There's Rach, who wears her heart on her sleeve and shouts it to the world that she was in love with Denni from the moment she first laid eyes on him. She calls him Dennilicious for goodness sake!

And as for Denni, well the love for his girl is written all over his face, and telling their story really was like reciting the script a blockbuster RomCom, and we absolutely adored every moment of their beautiful wedding!

Richard had the dance floor pumping with a blend of all of Rach and Denni’s fave songs swapping seamlessly from 80’s classics to gangsta rap!

Rach and Denni, you adorable duo, we love you and we are so looking forward to seeing the next chapter of your amazing story unfold! 🧡

Brianna and Aaron

The very loveable Brianna and Aaron said their "I do's" during a beautifully emotionally charged ceremony at Whitehill Estate on a perfect day in March! 

It was during the planning that we asked Brianna what she loved most about Aaron, and she told us that he manages to find the perfect balance between protecting her, and allowing her to be her stubborn and independent self. She also loves that he’ll get out of bed to fill up her water bottle with minimal complaining!

Together they adore their cats Benzo and Ziva and absolutely love the life they have created, where they are on the same page with all the decisions they make together.

Brianna and Aaron, thank you for the fun, and the stories, and for being so lovely to work with. We wish you all the very best, and maybe we’ll see you at one of your friends' wedding someday! 🩷

After Ben landed a job in Whyalla, he and Jaz embraced the 384 kilometre road trip between visits, and when living apart became unbearable, Jaz took a leap of faith and moved to Whyalla where they bought their first house together. When two crazy puppies landed on their doorstep a few months later, Jaz absolutely couldn’t make such a ridiculous decision to choose which one to keep, and the only thing to do was to keep them both!

Mikayla and Joshua

When two people meet and discover that they share what might be considered by some as quirky interests, it really is the best thing ever!

That’s what happened for Mikayla and Joshua, who both attended a comic convention cosplaying as Doctor Who characters, clearly a sign that they might well be a match made in heaven, or even some cosmic galaxy!

Whilst Dr Who characters didn’t feature in the wedding, Mikayla, as the talented seamstress that she is, looked absolutely stunning wearing a dress that she had made herself, and the moment that Joshua saw her in it was simply beautiful with all the emotions running high.

Mikayla and Joshua, we love the love you share, and your friendship groups are an absolute testament to the amazing couple you are! We wish you a lifetime of happiness.

We came across this photo recently of Curtis reading his vows to Georgia and loved that he embraced the moment by making eye contact with his soon-to-be wife.

Whether your vows are full of fun, or a mix of sentiment and love, it's so important to be sincere when telling your partner the reason you are standing there and making your promises for your future together.
