What makes olive view a special place to come and relax? The birds are always singing, the mountains are a vision everyday, the sunsets are spectacular, the pine trees to the back paddocks whistle 😗 in the wind, we are set high on a ridge line looking down toward the great dividing range, there’s lots of little nooks to sit and relax, read a book, paint and gaze out to the views. This coming Sunday Olive View Estate Scenic Rim will come alive once again for the Destination Scenic Rim Farm Gate-Woo hoo!! 🙌 🫒🐐🎶

There will be a live band on stage ‘The Hat Racks’ , picnic vibes, delicious food for breaky & lunch from Yummy Nami & dessert from Flutterbys Gourmet Creations, farm goodies including olives, olive oil, dukkah, balsamic vinegar, herbs, spices, seasonings, honey, kombucha, old fashioned sodas and more PLUS a fundraiser pop up b a r and baked goods from Arthur Clive's Bakery Cafe - Aratula.

We will also have vannie there serving the beautiful Botero coffee along with hot choccies, chai & our famous sunflower cupcakes from Jamie’s Buttercream Delights!! 🌻🧁🥰💗

Also don’t forget to bring cut up carrots, pears or apples to feed the sheep & goat. 🐐🥕🍎🍏🐐

All of the babies are doing well 🥰

🙏 Feeling very grateful for living and having a small business from such a beautiful part of the region. So pleased we can share the farm with you all ☀️

Tonight we are sleeping in the paddock with the sheep. Are we devoted sheep owners? You betcha. Our sweet Daisy girl had her second baby today. A little girl and unfortunately she hasn’t taken to feeding all too well so we are syringe feeding the Bub every hour and milking Daisy ourself so the Bub gets all the colostrum. The little one is wrapped up warm in a blanket in the hay.

Our next open day as part of Destination Scenic Rims Farm Gate Trail at the farm is July 28th. We have a live band, food trucks, baked yummy 😋 goods, fresh produce, farm shop goodies, outdoor bar, stunning views, 35 acres to explore, lots of seating and shade. 9am to 3pm 🐑 to meet the sheep and goats bring cut up carrots, pears, melon or banana skins! #destinationscenicrim #farmgatetrail
