Each year planning for the event I make a point to seek out and sometimes have the fun of visiting owners cars. Some photos of cars I checked in central Victoria, Motorsport Australia offices in Canterbury and a local in Hawthorn.

This year we have the increased the variety of vehicles on display, across more display areas - backed by fun activities for the family, F1 simulators, F1 racing Car, Action Hero's, Movie Cars, Retro Kombi Photo-Booth, Remote Controlled cars and more..

Bring the family down for a day out.

Inspired by European village car shows, the event will transform the street into a vibrant atmosphere where people can appreciate these beautiful vehicles. The entire Maling Road "historical shopping village," surrounded by historical buildings, will have the road closed to allow the public free flow to view these terrific cars and enjoy the festivities.

It's on again - Sunday 21st May 2023 we're shaking things up this year, to cater for the whole family. We are expanding the attraction with activities aimed at the wider community, so please bring along your partners & families, because we've got something for everyone, including children's entertainment, roaming performers, fashion parades. Free Entry to the public to visit. 260+ display spots taken!

The stunning historical buildings, complete with large verandas and charming village square, make for a truly unique environment that will transport you to a bygone era. And with the road closed for the Autoclassico, you'll have plenty of space to relax and take in the sights and sounds, whether it's checking out the displays from local traders (many of whom are offering special deals) or grabbing a bite to eat with the family from our 14+ cafes & restaurants.

We're at that exciting time where we are closing out featured displays across the 8 sections of the Maling Road Autoclassico - Sunday 21st May 2023.

Lotus Australia will be featuring their marque with a special featured display from a very early Lotus 23B and other Lotus Cars, including the latest Lotus Emira!
