Life on the Country Music road is just beginning for young Singer/ Songwriter Trinity Woodhouse.
Growing up in the NSW Hunter Valley, Trinity is no stranger to the life of a down to earth country girl. Singing around the campfire and learning to love the connection with other people and the land have fostered in her a strong belief in the power and passion that music can provide.
Her musical highlights to date include being awarded the ICMA Patti Mckinnon Award for ‘Up and Coming Artist’ at 2020’s Tamworth Festival as well as performing alongside Damien Leith (Australian Idol Winner) and Tara Naysmith at the Cessnock Region 2020 Australia Day Ceremony.
With previous singles’, ‘Don’t You Know’ and ‘Bouquet’, reaching #6 and #3 on the iTunes Country Singles Chart in 2020/21, Trinity has a solid platform from which to launch her next move.
Trinity has been a feature at numerous major events as well as playing regular gigs throughout the Hunter Valley Region.
As she explains “I started singing because I loved it. No matter what I did, I did it whilst singing. After my first time on stage, I knew that that was where I belonged, and I needed to do it again and again.”
For a young woman in the Australian Country music scene, Trinity Woodhouse has everything to aim for, and with the soul and passion in her voice, you’ll be hard pressed not to stop and take notice.
We’re thrilled to have Trinity at our Drovers Camp Concert on October 8th alongside The Bushwackers, Lyn Bowtell and Rory Phillips.
