Jonette Wilton from the Noosa publishing house, Sunday Press, the team has gathered traditional Sri Lankan recipes from villages across Sri Lanka, as well as some from selected guest chefs across Australia, to produce this 400-page bible of local cuisine. Profits of the book support when in Sri Lanka at Foundation of Goodness (where I volunteered).
