5 reasons why you need us as your wedding planner or coordinator

1 • We help with setting up either the day before or on the day and we often help other vendors in the process too! We help fast track the process when we can and hate to stand by if we know we can be of help.

2 • We are with you throughout the rehearsals, guiding not only yourselves but your bridal party and families involved. Ensuring everyone knows what they need to do etc.

3 • We are right beside you on your big day or always floating around taking care of what’s next, looking after other vendors to ensuring your nearest and dearest are warm or cool enough, replenishing water glasses to taking drink orders and making sure you as the couple are eating and having a good time. Just some of the many things we take care of on the day.

4 • We liaise and work within a timeframe with other vendors, ensuring that we have everything set up on time. We always have a dedicated person in sections to look after vendor bump in, right up to guest arrivals. To sorting out items that need to be repurposed and restyle them from ceremony to reception.

5 • We take initiative and step into action to solve any rising issues on the day. From fixing DIY florals falling due to the wind to cutting and portioning your wedding cake because there was no one appointed to do it. (Yes, I have dealt with this a few times on different circumstances). We take pride in being able to think on our feet and finding solutions on the day.

With a few new faces on here, I think it’s a good time to reintroduce myself!

I rarely show myself on here and I want to do so going into 2026!

Hello! I’m Shiela Mae - Yes, that’s my first name and you can either call me Shiela or Mae for short. Pronounced She-la May!

I am the Owner and main planner of this wonderful little business for the last 5 years. Built during Covid and grew from there! I started this business with very little wedding planning experience but I was eager to learn. With my knowledge in Hospitality for over 15+ years and being a chef for over 12+ years you could say the skills were very transferable going into the wedding industry.

I have the drive, creativity and passion for creating wonders from scratch.
Just as you would in creating a perfect meal, you put in love, time and creativity in it.

My small but mighty team are known for:

- Going above and beyond for all clients
- Giving genuine suggestions and advice
- Working in with your budgets to the best we can
- Offering customisation for weddings and events

When you convince a dear friend to hold her first baby shower but she asks to keep it simple. Yet, the planner in you wants to go that little bit more for her 😆😅 Did my best to keep it ‘simple’!

I love a good challenge to keep things within a reasonable budget! Custom designed invites/ welcome sign, decor, table styling to organising games and prizes.

A lot of styling inspo has candles in them but what do you do when it’s during the day, its held outdoors, you don’t want the table looking too empty and it’s not a formal setting? You improvise and think of other ways!

Here are some cost effective options with what I did with this table

Instead of fresh florals - I had purchased faux florals on sale and did my own small arrangement, using my own white vase and some dry foam. All Under $30 for 2 small arrangements

Added a bit of colour onto the table with a 2 x table runners bought online - All under $15

Instead of candles I bought $6 teddy bears from Big W and got 3 x helium balloons and tied it on the arms of the teddy bears. After we utilised it for one of the baby games and then gifted it to some of the kids who were there. Just under $35 (4 teddy bears in total)

Designed the welcome sign on Canva and printed it on a thicker A1 size poster at officeworks for $35 within a 48 hour order placement - we cut holes on the top and bottom ends to tie them and used blue ribbons to tie bows. All for $41

Max capacity for 2026 weddings!

What a privilege to be able to say that 🥹🙏 My team is small and most of the time, it’s me wearing all the hats and my team comes in on the event days to help me. As much as I would love to take on more weddings, I know my limit and I’m sticking to it.
