Hello everyone around the Redlands. We love supporting locals and those within our area with a space to do what they do best. This Saturday we have a few things happening here at 2 Christine place, Capalaba. Not only do we have a great venue for those within the Redlands to share in but we have the amazing Larry Thomson teaming up with another local Kylie Agnew for an afternoon of Jazz classic's. Larry and Kylie will be joined by Callum Pascoe on Drums and other talented musicians from around midday until 6pm, so if you want a great seat you'd best get here early.

We also have a few people coming to show off what they make here in our area along with Brisbane Geranium and Pelargonium Society for all those that love plants. We actually use Rose and Lemon rose geranium in our Gin's so this is a little cool to have the guys from the society on site.

Food is taken care of with SALTS FOOD TRUCK and Flaming Horns Low and Slow cooking up a storm.

Lock this Saturday into the calendar, it should be a great arvo of food, drinks and music.

Lots going on this weekend, so we've got almost a full pit. Look at the size of those briskets! Come see us Friday 6 December at Albion from 4:30pm or Saturday 7 December from 4pm at the Forest Lake Carols at Forest Lake State School. Also, got a care package from family in Texas. What a crazy week it's been. We were able to host some friends for Turkey day on Saturday night which was an amazing night. Yesterday Melissa Bradley and I shared our wedding anniversary but most importantly we get to celebrate Melissa's birthday today. I hope you have a fantastic day today and I look forward to celebrating many more with you.

Sorry we've been a bit quiet lately. Been prepping for our annual Thanksgiving Celebration. This year, we've got 6 turkeys and 3 ham. They're all gonna be slowly smoked on our pit, getting all the nice smokey flavours. I'll post up more pics as it progresses. We'll see you all next week at the Laidley Christmas Festival from 5:30-8pm!
