A little about Sav,

"I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Chennai, India, a place where cricket is a passion and food is a celebration. From a young age, I've had an insatiable love for both cricket and cooking, two pursuits that bring people together and create unforgettable moments.

After completing my undergraduate studies in Chennai, I made the bold move to Australia to pursue my culinary dreams. Cooking has always been more than just a hobby for me; it's a passion that started in my school days when I would whip up delicious dishes for my family. This passion has only grown stronger over the years, leading me to a fulfilling career in the culinary world.

With over 15 years of experience in various culinary settings—including restaurants, cafes, hospitals, and aged care facilities—I’ve honed my skills in a wide range of cuisines. My culinary journey has been a blend of learning and experimentation, allowing me to create fusion dishes and develop my own recipes.

Now, I'm embarking on an exciting new journey with PlatePal, where I hope to share my love and passion for food with the wider community. My ultimate goal is to provide healthy, nutritious food without compromising on taste.
