6 weeks since the retail store closed and its been BALLOONS BALLOONS BALLOONS from the new studio space at Tennyson!! I'm loving all the beautiful customer feedback and kind words from everyone. Here's just a little snippet of what's been going on!

BIG News party lovers!!

We are super proud to share that we are now able to offer a...

BALLOON RECYCLING SERVICE!!!

You heard right... Balloons can be recycled!

We have been on the hunt for the right fit for our business for a while now and have finally been able to find a solution to the waste that is generated by our little shop.

All of our customers will be now be able to return their balloon scraps to our store to be placed in our new Recycle Box. This includes both the Mylar Foil Balloons and Latex Balloons as well as the ribbon attached. Why not bring the weight back as well and if we can re-use it we will!

We look forward to receiving your rubbish!!

UPDATE!!!! We have BUILDERS WOO HOO!!!! I've been pushing our building managers hard for the last few weeks and THIS is why!!

Lurking under all of our 'professionally cleaned' walls was this layer of mould, I could not sit back and let this continue as it would be unsafe for our staff, our products and most importantly, our customers.

So, the walls are coming down, everything will be properly treated and new walls will go up next week.

This isn't pretty but it's progress... the boys on the pressure washer were working hard into this evening to get us a clean slate for tomorrow!

The damaged stock and fixtures are gone, carpet ripped out and council took it alllllllll away.

Tomorrow's mission is getting the soggy doors out and hopefully the power back on so we can get everything dry.

My beautiful party friends... its safe to say we have to press pause for a little while.

Our shop has been flooded and as yet we don't know the full extent of the damage inside.

Thanks to the tribe of family, friends and strangers off the street who dropped everything to assist during our early sunday morning mercy dash, we managed to rescue a lot of our stock before the water came inside.

We'll be aiming to set up some kind of mobile party shop in the next week, we want to at least try to keep bringing the balloons to the party!

In the words of the Terminator...
