The idea of this event has been floating around on my brain for a few years now & during the down time in the COVID lock down - it came to life. With the event industry at it's all time low - it was the perfect time to manifest my dream into a reality! The main goal of this event is to be present - acknowledge your senses under one roof, how you feel - what you feel - hear, see, touch, smell & tas

te and then to be connected with local, budding artistic creators to help achieve this end goal as well as showcasing their incredible talents!

Some points to note for this afternoon!

☀️ If it rains, the rooftop has a retractable roof - you will be dry!
☀️ Tickets will be available online until 3pm & then there will be limited tickets at the door.
☀️ Bring your creativity ~ there will be an opportunity to get your inner artists out!
☀️ Treat the venue staff, other patrons, artists & DJs with kindness & respect. This is a safe platform for all artists & patrons!
☀️ Antica, Pat & Willow, will have art pieces to sell. If you are interested in other art they have, be sure to get into contact with them! They will be at the venue till around 6pm.
☀️ Su Casa has a delicious food and beverage menu. Be sure to grab something.

HAPPY SENSES DAY!

Some points to note for this afternoon!

☀️ Tickets will be available online until 3pm & then there will be limited tickets at the door.
☀️ The art class (separate tickets to those who have purchased them) will commence at 3pm - 4pm-ish, more than welcome to stay and keep on painting with Willow!
☀️ Treat the venue staff, other patrons, artists & DJs with kindness & respect. This is a safe platform for all artists & patrons!
☀️ Willow will have art pieces to sell. If you are interested in other art she has, be sure to get into contact with them! They will be at the venue till around 6pm.
☀️ Su Casa has a delicious food and beverage menu. Be sure to grab something.
☀️ In case of any wet weather, the venue has a retractable roof, so we can still boogie.

In her upcoming Senses class, the focus will be on memory, guiding participants through an artistic process that empowers them to create unique and cherished pieces.

Based in Brisbane/Meanjin, she has cultivated her skills since the early days of holding a brush. With a passion for mindful art practices, her classes offer a distinctive approach, exploring varied concepts to help guests connect with their art, fostering both joy and personal focus.

Tickets are limited for the class, so be sure to grab them while you can (the class will be 3pm - 4pm & the public will be able to watch too) ☀️

Hello 2024 ☀️

A sensory art experience brought to you through elements that enlighten your five senses. Find them in forms of different mediums of art, interactive art pieces, as well as an array music.

In this installation we will have sounds brought to you from: Eyeaam (afro/amapiano), Dr Dackel (UKG), Bergy (NUKG), Eve + Friends (UKG, house) and finally, the talented Ned Kelly headlining Senses 004 - doing what he does best and taking us on a journey with his sounds in future house, electronic and techno blends.

We will have sight & touch brought to you by the beautiful Wilhelmina Marie Art... with a twist! An abstract art class taught by Willow, based on a memory. Join us in the first hour to explore your past memories, and while Willow guides you through the hour to create a beautiful take-home art piece. All art supplies provided + beverage on arrival 🥂

The venue, located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Su Casa Rooftop - will allow patrons to purchase food and beverages to enlighten your taste & smell senses. ☀️

About Saturday night ... 🤯 Senses took on a new event concept by getting music and art and showcasing it more closely. We provided a platform for some of Gold Coast & Brisbane's finest talents to come and enjoy themselves and showcase what they are truly passionate about.
