Total Sanitation Melbourne is a small family run business that is a 'one stop shop' in the sanitation industry. Working closely with clients from various industries, we have continued to grow and are now looking for an Assistant/Data Entry to join the team.
The role requires the successful applicant to undertake the following duties:
- General reception duties
Answering incoming phone calls, attending to customer enquiries, maintaining office communications
- Data Entry and Reconciliation
Daily reconciliation of driver job dockets
Daily reconciliation of completed jobs
Follow up with clients where required
Daily scheduling of driver routes.
- General Ad Hoc
General Ad Hoc duties will include liasing with Brisbane Head office, assisting Director with projects, client requirements on compliance, staff training requirements, assist with customer sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and energetic person to join our team. Must have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and able to work both autonomously and in a team. There is potential for the right candidate to expand into Management and be mentored to grow within this expanding business.
Position is part-time with potential to be full time
