It's all in the details at Linen and Fork - when a client asked if we could make a birthday cake with sugar butterflies, we also hand-painted each butterfly and sprinkled some edible gold dust to make it extra special. 🦋🎨

This week we catered for a memorial service at Fortitude Valley.
The clients were keen to serve food for guests that was a tribute to their deceased loved one.
The family had an added challenge in that many family members were coeliac.
We created mini fruit cake and gingerbread cakes in their honour, as well as savoury tarts, sandwiches and scones, with cream and jam. Everything was gluten free.
The coeliacs raved about how good the food was, especially our fluffy scones. The gluten-fine guests couldn't believe that all of the food was gluten free.
And the family loved the fruit cake and ginger cake in memory of their beloved father and husband who loved ginger and Christmas cake.

We have two options for your families and both serve 4 to 6 people:

Freshly baked scones, vanilla double cream, raspberry preserve
4 Baby carbonara tarts
4 Baby caramelised red onion, goats cheese, thyme tarts
4 Poached chicken, fresh herbs, lemon, rocket finger sandwiches
4 Chocolate brownies, chocolate glaze, rose petals
4 Lemon curd, almond, mascarpone tarts, fresh raspberries
4 iced vanilla berry petit fours

Option 2: $210

Orders are essential. Please place your orders by 5pm Thursday 11th May.
Pick up is Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th May between 10am and 2pm.
