Mount Gravatt Showgrounds Trust Announces Exciting Catering Partnership with Bellezza Catering Group
Mount Gravatt, QLD – The Mount Gravatt Showgrounds Trust is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Bellezza Catering Group (BG), bringing a dedicated catering service to the Showgrounds for the first time. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in enhancing event offerings and providing high-quality, tailored catering solutions for the local community.
After an extensive search for the perfect catering partner, the Trust is proud to welcome BG, a premium catering operator in Brisbane for over 20 years. Led by Director Giuseppe Petroccitto, BG has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding food and service across Brisbane. Giuseppe, a local who grew up in the area, has a deep connection to Mount Gravatt, making this partnership even more special for both parties.
Giuseppe visited the grounds today to confirm the partnership with Head of Operations, Jason van Hunnik, solidifying BG’s commitment to delivering top-tier catering services for all events hosted at the Showgrounds.
The partnership will roll out in two key stages:
Immediate Catering Services – Effective immediately, BG will offer a full range of delicious catering options for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 8 guests to large-scale functions of hundreds. Event organisers can now access gourmet grazing tables, buffet-style feasts, plated fine dining experiences, and corporate catering options, ensuring that every occasion is memorable.
Future Onsite Café – The next phase of the partnership will explore the potential for BG to establish a café at the Showgrounds, further servicing the local community and event attendees. This addition will complement BG’s existing portfolio of venues across Brisbane and provide a much-needed hospitality offering to the precinct.
Jason van Hunnik, Head of Operations for the Mount Gravatt Showgrounds Trust, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership:

Jason also highlighted that this partnership is just the beginning of a broader vision to transform Mount Gravatt Showgrounds into a modern, community-focused precinct as part of the Trust’s masterplan.

Our soon-to-be-released community consultation plan will give locals a voice in shaping the future of this space. Having only been in the role for five months, I’m proud to already be making positive waves for the community, and this partnership is another step toward an exciting future.”
