I've been awfully slack with my socials recently so here is my attempt to market myself properly 😂

Here are some snaps from my warm up set for Franky Wah on the Oasis Brisbane boat party earlier this month! What an event this was! All-round too notch. From the music, to the people, the weather and of course the boat! ⛴️⛴️⛴️

Side note, I was asked to give my first autograph? 😂

Thank you to everyone who came and partied! It was great to build the dance floor to be absolutely packed. With a sell out event and 500 tickets sold, we knew we were in for something else!

Told ya I had another big announcement incoming!

I'll be warming up for Guiseppe Ottaviani!!!

This AND Richard Durand playing on the night??? Plus the local legend Stretch on the card?? We're in for one damn fine night!!!

This is also my debut for Nubreed and Lemon and Lime! Two agencies that I've idolized for years and have been trying my hardest to get in with! I'm so blown away. I'm absolutely gobsmacked to be given such an honour.

I'm keen to play this one! Everyone's really getting into it with the costumes, gonna be a fun night!

We have a stellar line up and all of the DJs you know and love, but this time, we'll appear different than we normally are 👻

All of us are planning to serenade you with journey sets on the night. Mine is going to be my darker, more twisted but still groovy style, which I haven't played in a long time and is the very reason I call myself Tilt. Many many thumping basslines coming your way!

If you enjoyed my set(s) last Friday at the bonkers party that was Nox Vahn on Oasis Brisbane and the afterparty at , come catch my debut set for club at Wonderland Brisbane. I'll be playing alongside one of my absolute favourite Brisbane-based DJs over the past decade Manesh Magan !

This man can move any room and can get any crowd going, I've witnessed it first hand many times!

We'll be laying down some of the grooviest house vibes at the valley's newest place to be!

If you haven't been to Wonderland yet, I highly recommend checking it out. Sound, lighting, atmosphere, all top notch 👌🏽

It's been a couple months since my last gig in December, and that was definitely one for the books!

I promised myself I'm not going to play any more gigs until the end of the year, just to wind down a bit, with work being so busy and getting ready to travel abroad to see family for the first time since the spicy cough reached our shores.

HOWEVER, somebody HAD to come and offer me an opportunity that I simply could not pass up! 😒 I am very humbled and thankful to think I would be worthy enough for this event! 🙏 So, I'm breaking the promise to myself.

I know I said the last gig I played was the biggest gig of my life so far, but this is even bigger!

Can't wait to share with you all!

They have made some of my favourite tracks of all time. Tracks that have been so special to me and have held so many moments and memories. I'm absolutely speechless to be able to say that I will be standing alongside them!!!

HUMP welcomes Tilt.

A story too well written not to share comes straight from the man who we know as Dwayne K… have a squizzz.

I grew up in the 90s in South Africa, where House Music was and still is a very big part of the culture. I don't know how to explain it but when you're over there you just feel the energy in the atmosphere wherever you are. No matter the time or place, if you put on a Deep, Soulful, Jazzy House Music track it always brought everyone together - it's like an unspoken language. My parents were into house music since the 80s and it's been deeply engrained into me.

I moved to Australia at 16 years old and since then my musical tastes have diversified so much. I grew a taste for everything from Neo-soul to electronica to nu-jazz, drum&bass, dubstep to acoustic stuff. I think it definitely has a lot to do with the mixing of cultures and atmospheres; the different demeanours and outlooks of people from different backgrounds in the situations I've found myself in and the experiences I've shared - and I love where I am and the direction my musicality has grown.

In honour of that, I'll be taking my set for HUMP in that direction. Because that sound automatically puts a smile on my face without fail. I just get lost in the rhythm.
