Day one of the QMIHSC 2024 conference was an overwhelming success, with 1,200 delegates gathering to hear from extraordinary individuals. Speakers included Red Bull Air Race world champion Matt Hall and Arnold Dix, who shared his incredible experience rescuing 41 miners from the Sikyara Himalayan Tunnel. The day concluded on a high note with our vibrant 80s-themed dinner, providing attendees the perfect opportunity to connect and reflect on the day's inspiring content.

We look forward to continuing to engage our conference attendees over the next few days with an exciting program and further networking opportunities.

Konnichiwa from Tokyo! 🗾 Barb recently returned from an exciting trip to the Japanese capital, where she conducted site visits at several prestigious universities to evaluate potential venues for an upcoming international conference for a long term client.

The campuses Barb toured were simply breathtaking. Modern architectural marvels seamlessly blended with traditional Japanese design elements like serene zen gardens and meticulously landscaped grounds.

When not touring campuses, Barb enjoyed soaking up as much of the local culture as she could. Wandering through neighbourhoods like Harajuku and Shibuya, marvelling at the neon signs and karaoke bars, and indulging in all the delicious food (so much incredible ramen!).

What an inspiring couple of days we had at the Expert Events Enlighten Evolve conference held at The Star Gold Coast last week!

We started our conference with an afternoon of pure fun at Archie Brothers Cirque Electric with mini golf, dodgem cars, and exhilarating arcade games! A perfect way to unwind and build stronger connections within our team.

Afterwards, we had an amazing dinner at Uncle Su, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Jenny Ramos from The Star Gold Coast. The night was filled with delicious food and fantastic company, setting the perfect tone for what was to come.

The following day was dedicated to collaboration, idea-sharing, and learning from our invited speakers Sarah Taylor and Dr Helena Popovic. The exchange of knowledge was truly invaluable, and we left with a wealth of new perspectives to apply to our work.

Overall, it was an unforgettable day and a half that left us feeling reinvigorated and ready to tackle the challenges of 2024 with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Here's to continued growth and evolution in the year ahead.
