Day one took us on an exhilarating journey through virtual reality at Zero Latency followed by a mindful reset with mindfulness expert, Jade Lee. We finished the day with an exceptional dining experience at Bacchus South Bank, toasting our remarkable achievements throughout 2024.✨

This landmark event featured over 100 educational sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, dynamic social events, and hands-on workshops centred on the theme: Strong Foundations for Better Health.

Day one of the QMIHSC 2024 conference was an overwhelming success, with 1,200 delegates gathering to hear from extraordinary individuals. Speakers included Red Bull Air Race world champion Matt Hall and Arnold Dix, who shared his incredible experience rescuing 41 miners from the Sikyara Himalayan Tunnel. The day concluded on a high note with our vibrant 80s-themed dinner, providing attendees the perfect opportunity to connect and reflect on the day's inspiring content.
