Some of them use us purely for the hire of a marquee while others want to hand over entire projects. We are simply happy to do as much or as little of your event as you need. •Using our customised “Marquee Planning Tool” we can help you plan the type of marquee and layout. We can also come to your site and provide a free measure and quote.
•We are able to source extra equipment so you can order everything from the one place!
•Provide all the marquee décor and furniture.
•Provide contacts (or just book for you) for your entertainment, catering, audio visual equipment needs. We are also agents for companies that provide; Juke boxes, Daiquiri machines and Jumping castles.
•Don’t miss out. Call ahead of time, we will hold the equipment you require until you are ready to collect.
•Too busy to pick-up? Arrange for us to deliver to your door.
•We can assemble marquees, fit silk linings (for marquees only), hang lighting and lay temporary flooring.
•Need extra hot or cold storage? Book one of our coldrooms, eskys or Bain Maries.
•Want to transform your venue? We will work with you to create the right ambience for your function with our beautiful balloons and party accessories, and within your budget.
•Lots of balloons to inflate? Our balloon kits come with the balloon seals already attached to the ribbons so you save time and your fingers! We provide added peace of mind by: •Emailing you photos of the equipment you’re interested in upon request
•Guaranteeing you the items chosen upon receipt of your deposit.
•Delivering &/or setting up your equipment 1 or 2 days before your function to give you plenty of time to decorate or simply “feel organized” (No extra charge for these days)
