🛑 Avoid making these mistakes when cooking a good Steak.

Here's a few tips from me to you 🤍🤍🤍

🔥 before cooking, ensure the steak is at room temperature.

🔥 ensure your grill / BBQ is hot hot Hot before putting the steak on

🔥 Salt your steak and put the salty side down to cook first!

🔥 cook steak for 3 minutes on one side and 2 on the other.

🔥 rest the steak for 2 minutes before cutting!

For this particular steak I added some butter and rosemary for extra flavour....

I decided to try Rosemary, Chillie Polenta chips.
Guy's... it's a winner!!

So light and crunchy 😻😻

Decided to go back to my childhood days.....making a Tomatoe and Cheese open grill.

Add chillie flakes, salt, fresh Oregano and a dash of olive oil to enhance the flavour 😋
