Ryan Weale is the Chef, Owner and Operator of Four Weale Catering and with his wife Halina Weale are here to cater for your next event. Ryan has 15 year’s experience in the Hospitality Industry and more than 12 years’ experience as a qualified chef having worked in both Australia and overseas, spending 3 years in London from 2006-2009 broadening his love and knowledge of food and specialising in p

rivate and corporate event catering. Four Weale Catering aim to provide a high level of service for each event we cater for today and in the future. We offer a range of catering services/options including canapés, substantial bites, bowl food (mini main meals/mini dessert meals), assorted platters, lunch/dinner up to three course’s and bbq/buffet, also breakfast and office catering on request, in the privacy of your own home or a venue of your choice. Any enquiries are welcome, we will work with you to create your perfect event menu so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Our Story

Ryan Weale is the Executive Chef, Owner and Operator of Four Weale Catering and along with his wife Halina are here to cater for your next event. Ryan has over 18 year’s experience in the Hospitality Industry and more than 14 years’ experience as a qualified chef, working both in Australia and Overseas.

Ryan created a new flare of cooking, after spending three years in London working with the top Catering companies at prestige venues around town, cooking for many special events and celebrities. He broadened his love and knowledge of food where he specialised in event catering, and a real passion for this type of service emerged.

Ryan took his love of catering and wanted to share something special with the people of South East Queensland, and this was the start of 'Four Weale Catering' a local and family run business who prides themselves on quality food, customer service and the attention to detail we bring to every event.

Four Weale Catering provides a high level of service for each event catered, and they offer a wide range of catering services including canapés, substantial bites, bowl food (mini main meals/mini dessert meals), assorted platters, lunch/dinner up to three courses and bbq/premium buffets. They also provide an all-day catering menu consisting of breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
