E3 Cakes - Back in the Habit!
Our 8 year old Miss E3 has been baking and decorating with me all week. Won't be long before she's doing it all on her own.

Today's challenge was to come up with a classroom birthday celebration treat for kids who are allergic to nuts, eggs, dairy, wheat!! The answer.. JELLY! I put it in a fancy container and stuck a sugar decoration from my local supermarket on top! Too easy. And it was a winner with the kids.
