Farewell Kate Gould.

CEO/Artistic Director Kate Gould has announced she will depart Brisbane Powerhouse to take up the role of CEO at the Adelaide Festival Centre.

Kate will move to Adelaide in mid-2025 after four years transforming Brisbane Powerhouse into one of Australia’s major contemporary arts and entertainment venues and precinct.

Update: Closed
Due to cyclone Alfred, Brisbane Powerhouse and Bar Alto will remain closed on SAT 8 MAR.

Tonight's scheduled performance has been postponed to a new date, and ticket holders have been notified via email. Vertigo, Dendy Powerhouse outdoor cinema and Powerhouse Farmers Market will also be closed this weekend. For Mary Mae's please check their social accounts for updates and opening times.

These decisions have been made to ensure the safety of visitors, staff and artists.
