Say 🧀! We managed to drag Jay away from the dishes for a quick photo op this morning. Jay's only been working with us for a couple of weeks but is already getting the hang of serving, cleaning, and taking orders- Go Jay!!

On Friday we bid a sad farewell to Fison's Cafe Manager Amy. Since joining the team Amy has not only helped the cafe go from strength to strength, but has also supported Mark, Darren, Jeremy, and countless others as they build their hospitality skills. Our tight-knit Fison crew is going to miss Amy ALOT (we'd be lying if we said there hasn't been a few tears 😪 ), but are super excited to see where her next adventure leads.

A big part of what we do here at Fison is providing opportunities for our supported employees. Using the til is just one of the many skills our employees can learn on the job, working with the support of our team to try different tasks like table service, coffee making and food prep.

Today was Kelly's first time using the til and she did an awesome job! 😀
