This was another entry for a Bar Table arrangement for the Australian Bush Catwalk EKKA comp!

This creation is an Italian Vertical Layered Design and the focus of this arrangement is all about the lines, repetition and movement. I’ve added touches of textural Seed Pod Banksias and Berzelias and layered them for interest!

I didn’t receive a place for this creation however am still happy with it and have learnt a lot from this and from other amazing entries for this class. There’s always room for improvement! 😃

An “Australian Bush Catwalk” themed creation for my first EKKA Comp!

I get inspired by nature a lot and especially by gardens and hikes trails and by my fellow floral peers who show great passion in their field. ☺️

The lovely gum bark pieces are from partner’s family’s backyard (love their garden) all the way from Grafton!

These guys are in bud form (and won’t bloom as a cut stem) BUT their true flowering form is very similar to the Jacaranda! Had no idea these would bloom into purple flowers. They look so pretty throughout their whole bloom cycle!
