Australia is a family business founded and run by Jocelyne and Patrice Moutou. In 2003 after the birth of our third child, Jocelyne started cooking fresh meals every day for the family to enjoy. While sharing her kitchen stories among friends and neighbours, they suggested she cooked a little bit more for them to also enjoy and save time spent doing cooking chores. This evolved into a small follo
wing which kept growing through word of mouth. However as our son started growing up, it became too much of a handful for us and we ultimately decided to stop the cooking and concentrate on our son’s growth. Now that our boy is in high school and definitely more independent, we have wondered back into cooking, this time expanding into the public at large. However, while we kept our home-style food, in fact you can still find us in the kitchen every week, Chris our professionally trained Chef is a welcome addition to the team to ensure we develop a more expert approach in our cooking from our 5 star rated kitchen. We are a small family operation preparing unique home style, fresh, tasty, nutritious and balanced meals for all to enjoy. Our food story: Originally from Mauritius, we were brought up on freshly-made, organic meals made daily from locally sourced ingredients. This approach to clean, healthy and balanced cuisine has always been a part of our lives and is a belief we often shared within the Ashgrove community through cooking at school fetes, and cooking for friends, neighbours and other local families. Our love and passion for cooking is a well-known fact about our family and something we would like to share with the rest of the Brisbane community. So come along and try our range of freshly prepared dishes. (Note: The majority of our food is naturally-free from gluten and we offer a range of vegetarian options. We only use fresh ingredients that we source ourselves from local suppliers, so deliciousness is guaranteed!)
