Today marks 4 years in business. I thought it is an opportune time to share the future of Luna Joy.
The vision for Luna Joy emerged because I couldn’t see myself in the local bridal market. My style and the service I desired wasn’t available locally, so I set out to change that. I am so proud to say that I did.
When I started my business however, my babes were small and my husband eternally patient. They have since had a lot less of me than they deserve.
As such, I have made the happy decision to scale Luna Joy right back to give myself the time and space to focus on my family and career outside of bridal.
As of now I will only be taking on clients very selectively. Clients who share my aesthetic vision and values. Places will be booked upon enquiry only.
To all my beautiful clients current and past, each and everyone of you has been a joy to work with. All of you have shared and celebrated my style and values, and that tired bridezilla trope has been non-existent. Thank you for trusting me to create your beautiful gowns and accessories. Because of you Luna Joy is a success and I know I have achieved what I set out to do.
I have also had the pleasure to work with many incredible vendors throughout this time. Thank you for sharing your talent and support.
Thank you to all my friends and family who have supported me and my business to get to this point. I’m a very lucky lady.
Outside of the above, a very special mention goes to one person who has backed me, heard me, celebrated me and cared since Luna Joy was just an idea .liv your support has meant I haven’t lost my s**t at times when I almost did. 🤍
For now and the remainder of the year, I am working on some gorgeous gowns for upcoming brides and I can’t wait to share them with you.
As always, I’m happy to answer any questions x
