About Us:
We are an event space and a dance studio in NYC, USA. We plan and host wedding receptions, corporate events, baby showers, kids’ parties and other private events and celebrations.
We are looking for a virtual event manager assistant, associate or intern. You will bw working from home in coordination with our event manager located in New York City.
You will be working full time or part time starting 9am - 9 pm (New York time).

You must have:
• Window desktop
• Access to Wi-Fi
• Private accommodation
• Good English
• Good pronunciation
Requirements:
•Some customer service experience
• You must have a computer that can handle Microsoft 365.
• You must have internet access at home.
• Quite environment free from background noise such as roosters and dogs.
Qualification:
• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Strong English writing and communication skills is a must
• Good pronunciation skill
• Excellent phone manner and articulation
• Results-driven and able to cope with rejection on a daily basis
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Sending emails and text messages (mostly templates)
• Place a follow up phone call (no cold calls)
• Set up site visits with clients.
• Conduct effective site visits follow-up and answer potential clients’ questions
• Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to the manager.
