On Saturday night we were asked to cater for an Anniversary dinner at the Sydney Gliding Club located at Camden airport.

For dinner we served alternate meals of
Roasted Chicken breast supreme and beef fillet both served with broccolini, Dutch carrots and potatoes.

Thank you to the club for asking us to work with them on their special night.



Dessert was Apple strudel with icecream

What a fantastic weekend we had, celebrating two special occasions!

On Saturday night, we hosted an engagement party for Shaneese and Richard, surrounded by their family and friends (with a bit of entertaining karaoke thrown in 🤣). Shaneese did an amazing job styling the event with beautiful pink 🩷 and orange 🧡 tones.

Sunday was just as special, as we welcomed family to celebrate Molly and Amelia's joint 18th and 21st birthdays.

Their personal touch shone through with fresh flowers and balloons, making the day even more memorable. We enjoyed lots of fun family games, plenty of laughter, and great memories!

On the menu we had

Nacho cups
Vegetarian Spring rolls & sweet chilli sauce

Coconut crumbed chicken schnitzel tenderloins ( a big fave at both parties)
Chargrilled Meatball skewers
Fish & Chips cups
Panko crumbed prawns

It was a lovely surprise visit today from our beautiful Kerry who worked with us for many years (best scone maker ever)

Kerry came in to spend some time with the crew from My Team My Way to do some Paralympic Craft.

When Kerry left us she was one of Joel's support workers and the surprise and joy in his face when he saw her was fabulous.

🌼Party like it's 1964🌼 🎈 🎂

A massive Happy 60th to Tracey! Thank you for celebrating your special night with us at Caffe 104.

The evening's theme was a vibrant throwback to the 60's and 70's, complete with stunning decorations that took us all on a nostalgic journey.

Steve from kept the dance floor alive, spinning classic hits from the past and present. The dance moves were nothing short of spectacular!

Our guests enjoyed a delicious selection of finger foods, including:
Homemade mini pies
Meatball skewers
Chargrilled chicken skewers
Coconut-crumbed chicken tenders
Cheeseburger and veggie sliders
Fish & chips

The cold weather was getting to us today, so the lovely Nicole from CharBella Cakes whipped up some lovely apple crumbles in cups to be warmed up and served of course with some ice cream (even though it's cold) and Berry drizzle. Washed down with a yummy cup of
La Casa del Caffe coffee.

Over the weekend, we were blessed to host a very special event.

A surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary for Valma & Kevin that was organised by their family. 🎉

To go along with the surprise party, the girls had also arranged for celebrant Susan Winters to be there to renew their vows, complete with a brand new eternity ring. (They didn't know about that either) ❤️ 💑💍 Thankfully they both said YES again 🥰

"Caffe 104 was the perfect location for Mum and Dad. Mum in particular because the Uni paddocks-Moffitts Paddock and Moffitts dam was once part of her family dairy farm at Ellis Lane."

It was a lovely afternoon with family and friends coming together to celebrate this beautiful couple's amazing and precious journey through life together.

A big Happy 21st to our Paige (my daughter). I made her start early today as she is now an adult 🤣

Camden Mens Shed presented her with a lovely card signed by them all at their breakfast meeting this morning which was lovely

And we showered her with gifts and cake from the staff.
