As many of you know Mum & I are the faces behind weve been doing what we love for many years, Mum since she was 18 and me since I finished year 12 some 20+ years ago over that time weve served and met and made connection with so many people from all walks of life. On Friday we had a really special visitor, to our surprise a lovely customer who phones us from America and has done for many many years to send flowers to a special lady popped in to meet us because he was on holidays in Australia. To say the least we were blown away! We tried to think back how many years it had actually been but we honestly cant remember, we have many international customers that phone up and send flowers to their loved ones in Bundaberg & surrounds.... This made our day!!

We have so many local suppliers that come in each week with there beautiful flowers for us to arrange with and this week was no exception..... fresh foliage, proteas, pin cushions, leucadendrons, filler flowers & more.... We are very blessed have such a broad spectrum of local farms that supply us weekly.....

Job Title: Casual Retail Assistant
Location: Cha Cha Chocolate Bundaberg
About the Role: Join our team at Cha Cha Chocolate as a Casual Retail Assistant! You’ll be the friendly face greeting customers, packaging confectionery & creating gift hampers. Responsibilities also include packing orders and answering the phone.

Requirements:
* Retail experience is essential
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Strong customer service skills
* Experience with cleaning and stock replenishment
* Availability to work 1-2 days per week between 9 AM and 5 PM
* Must be able to work in a fast paced retail environment
* Flexibility to work extra days and weekends during busy seasons like Christmas and Easter
* A love for chocolate is a must
