Feeling immensely proud today. 7 1/2 years ago, we made the decision to open my restaurant with a vision of venturing into healthy meals, sauces, and spices. During those initial months, it didn't look so promising and we often anxiously awaited any sign of customers walking through the door. At times, only 5-10 customers would visit per day, and we grappled with worry and occasional bouts of depression.
Fast forward 7 1/2 years, and we're still going strong, now with a plethora of loyal customers. However, this success didn't manifest overnight. It required relentless dedication - 14-hour workdays, 365 days a year - often at the expense of family time. Along the journey, we've garnered invaluable lessons, continuously adapting and learning each day to better serve both our community and our business, as creating a pelthora of new recipes yet to be replicated anywhere in the world.
Along the way Ravneel joined the team and has become the most valuable asset to our operation.( He's turning 18 this year and will be officially joining us as a Company Director).
We survived Covid 19, numerous health issues and somehow managed to survive, mainly due to your support.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have supported us along the way. Your encouragement and support has been instrumental in this journey.
