This beloved dish (Butter Chicken) has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1950s Delhi, where Chef Kundan Lal Gujral first created it, accidentally, by mixing various leftover curries. Today, it's a global phenomenon with over 50 variations, and our very own Ravneel's Butter Chicken is a shining star ( also an accidental creation). Born in February 2017 in Burpengary, our secret recipe has captured hearts with its unique flavor blend. And the best part? It was named by our very own, then10-year-old (now 18 year old) innovator, Ravneel! We're excited to see how this dish will continue to evolve and inspire.
