Timelines can potentially make or break an event with a lot of moving parts. This is where a Wedding Coordinator can be invaluable - we know how to build a timeline with the right amount of detail for all the vendors, something easy to follow that contains buffer time in the right areas. I am not crazy with running to the timeline to the minute but I work to keep the event running a smoothly as possible within the timeline limits.
This helps all vendors to know whats happening and what the expectations on them are for this particular event.

Planning your wedding or event in the South West? Have you reached the point of decision fatigue and just need a helping hand to finish off? Or don't even know where to start?
Previously, I have worked for a few larger companies in their events departments. When I was looking to move back into this space when we settled in the South West I didn't want to be tied to just one property or company, I wanted to have the freedom to use lots of different small businesses for events. I love that we have a lot of amazing vendors, venues, locations and selection in this area! Google wedding venues down here and the number is in the thousands!
So, I specialise in helping clients narrow down all these choices, while staying within their vision and budget, and making their day as amazing as possible. Planning an event when you don't live in the area can be challenging, I aim to be the person on the ground in the South West for these couples and just present them with the highlights so they can make an informed decision about their vendors.
If you are starting out with your planning or you have reached a point of "decision fatigue" and need a hand getting back on track - don't hesitate to reach out - I am happy to help and alleviate some of that event stress.
