Timelines can potentially make or break an event with a lot of moving parts. This is where a Wedding Coordinator can be invaluable - we know how to build a timeline with the right amount of detail for all the vendors, something easy to follow that contains buffer time in the right areas. I am not crazy with running to the timeline to the minute but I work to keep the event running a smoothly as possible within the timeline limits.
This helps all vendors to know whats happening and what the expectations on them are for this particular event.

Planning your wedding or event in the South West? Have you reached the point of decision fatigue and just need a helping hand to finish off? Or don't even know where to start?
Previously, I have worked for a few larger companies in their events departments. When I was looking to move back into this space when we settled in the South West I didn't want to be tied to just one property or company, I wanted to have the freedom to use lots of different small businesses for events. I love that we have a lot of amazing vendors, venues, locations and selection in this area! Google wedding venues down here and the number is in the thousands!
So, I specialise in helping clients narrow down all these choices, while staying within their vision and budget, and making their day as amazing as possible. Planning an event when you don't live in the area can be challenging, I aim to be the person on the ground in the South West for these couples and just present them with the highlights so they can make an informed decision about their vendors.
If you are starting out with your planning or you have reached a point of "decision fatigue" and need a hand getting back on track - don't hesitate to reach out - I am happy to help and alleviate some of that event stress.

I helped start this event 23 years ago on the beach at Palm Cove! Has been taken on by another restaurant now but it is still a fun lunch on the beach!

Hi friends!
Lovely to see you here!

I just wanted to pop a little “get to know me”on here in case we haven’t met before.
I live in Busselton in the South West of WA and have been working in and around the event planning space for over 10 years.
I’m a wife to the worlds most patient husband, mum to two beautiful little girls and one crazy fur baby. We move to the lovely South West almost 5 years ago and are enjoying the sea change!
I don’t get much spare time but love reading, sewing and spending time with my family when I do.
I have worked in some pretty hectic event management teams in my time but am enjoying freelancing and working at building my own little business in the South West. I enjoy creating beautiful events and weddings for all my clients and love helping everyone bring their ideas to reality.
The main goal of my business is to relieve the stress that can come with planning a large event remotely and help each client feel confident in their planning process.

Champagne tower, live music alongside DJ's, QR code to upload guest photos, audio guest books, rainfall fairy lights over the dance floor ... and so many more!
The important thing to remember is that the wedding needs to be about everything you as a couple love! Not what everyone else is having - even better - start your own trend!

Cheerleader! Here's why ... 👇

I come across so many lovely couples who are planning their big day. So many of them are so incredibly organised and know exactly what they want. They are often the couples who end up booking a coordinator for their "on day" coordination. Some people say "we don't need a coordinator - we have booked everything a year in advance and know exactly what is happening". That's the perfect time to book one! You have put so much thought into this amazing event - planned everything down the finest detail - but who's going to make sure it looks as you imagined on the day? Who's going to make sure every little detail is as you had planned it? As the main event you are both well and truly out of action that day and you don't want any of these little plans to not get done and be missed. I want it to be as close to how you dreamt it as it can be. At the very least, I will be you biggest cheerleader through the whole process - and planning a wedding isn't always for the faint of heart - sometimes having a cheerleader backing you is just what you need! 😉

Decision fatigue is an actual thing and so many couples start to experience it towards the end of planning their special day. A lot of time, energy, emotion and money goes in to planning a big event like a wedding and there are so many factors to consider. I like to sit down with my clients and make the process as streamlined as possible so they can avoid the fatigue. It's important you get to the day and enjoy every moment and not be so exhausted by the process that you just want it to be over! Let me make the decision process easy and quick so you don't have to invest all your energy into making it happen!

I always endeavour to schedule some quiet "recharge" time for couples on their big day. A little bit of time for them to spend together, just sitting quietly and soaking it all in. Scheduling a "first look" or "private vow exchange" is a fantastic way to do this as well.

So this gorgeous little chapel on the beach was the location of my first gig as a Wedding Coordinator over 12 years ago! You may recognise the amazing beach in the second photo (it's a very iconic location for North QLD!) and that is where I had the pleasure of planning amazing destination weddings for a time!
