Had a few pop-up cancellations over the last month folks, so it’s just been catering for us lately. which is great, but we’re itching to get back out there face to face as much as you guys. Aprils looking much better for us ✌️

In the meantime, here’s a chicken!
Always full of praise for the humble chook. Takes on smoke like a demon and it’s perhaps the one smoked protein I never tire from eating. This one was dusted with our house rub and splashed with some red gum honey right at the end. Any takers?

~SATURDAY CANCELLED~

Hey friends. Absolutely gutted we have to announce this, but due to the new government restrictions implemented on the 3rd, we have to cancel our upcoming event .

Apologies to anyone who has made plans, especially travel plans, to come see us.

As a result of this outcome I have 6 packs of beef jalapeño and cheddar sausages which have been cold smoked and cryo-vac sealed available. They are ready to use straight up, or can be frozen for another date. Simply put them in the oven (NOT the frypan) to reheat and eat.

$30ea. Limited numbers. Delivery option available depending where you are. DM if interested.

We have another popup in the pipeline which hopefully won’t be affected. Shall be slinging meat at yo faces ASAP.

Yo! Saturday 5th March from 5:30pm we’ll be slingin’ BBQ .
Texas trinity for the win (brisket, ribs, sausage)
This’ll be the largest cook we’ve done to avoid selling out too quick on some proteins, totally maxing out my cook space so we hope to see y’all there folks. Gonna be mint.

We’re sure a lot of locals to the Vasse/Abbey area will be stoked to hear that will be opening up next Friday night the 28th from 5pm. Albeit, for one night only, but STILL! We’ll be there! Along with our new friends . Check them out and give them a follow. We’re sure they’d be stoked and that kind of support is easy and free folks 🙏

As for the menu, we’ve heard your requests, and turns out, a lot of you want our sandos, so we’ll shape things around that guys. Those little poppers seem to be in demand too, so we’ll “popper” few of them on the menu too. Sorry couldn’t help it 🤦‍♂️
Bringing back the Reuben Nathan for a gig too. Love those damn things. And yes, of course there’ll be sliced brisket available, because … BBQ 🤌

Anyhoo, we realise It’s been a while between drinks, but you guys know the drill. Think summer nights at Eat Street of old. Live local music. BYO. BBQ & Good vibes. So pencil it in, tell ya friends, plus some strangers and we’ll see you all in just over a week. Yew!
