We are recruiting now for 17+ part time and casual amusement staff, retail sales, carnival operators, all rounders, delivery drivers to work mainly weekends.
Guaranteed weekly work available for right person
Guaranteed hours negotiable
Full time position available for right person.
No experience necessary..
Roles will include loading / unloading for events, setting up events, supervising/operating, cleaning equipment, repairs etc.
Driver positions will require heavy lifting, driving trailers and good knowledge of OHS.
Truck license would be a plus but not essential
You must be outgoing, hardworking, work well with kids.
A manual drivers license would open you to more hours
Full training will be giving to successful applicants.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT MORE THAN EVER !!

Join us for the Save King Carnival March on Tuesday, February 27th, at 4 pm. Our peaceful march will commence at King Carnival, proceeding across the bridge via the walkway to the Rotunda at the roundabout on Mandurah Terrace and Gibson Street (for late arrivals). We'll conclude at the Mandurah City Council Chambers (arriving at 5:15 pm) just before their council meeting.
Banners and placards are encouraged, with some available on-site. Let's unite and urge the council for a longer lease commitment. With an extended lease, we're committed to making improvements. Navigating the challenges of a 3-6 month deal has made it difficult for us to invest substantially without the very real threat of permanent closure.
We sincerely appeal to the council to preserve King Carnival. Transforming it into a modern amusement park will enhance Mandurah's appeal, ensuring continued economic growth. In a town with numerous hospitality options, we believe the focus should be on maintaining the vibrant entertainment provided by King Carnival, especially given the limited options for the younger generation.
Your support is crucial in safeguarding our iconic Ferris wheel and cherished landmark.
