Top 3 asked questions • What is included in the venue wedding packages fee?We strive to provide comprehensive, all-inclusive packages, which include accommodation for the night of your wedding. Our package covers all staffing, including setup crew, bar staff, wedding coordinator, and a nighttime supervisor. It also includes all furniture, glassware, and linen. We are exclusive to Super Road for food service, but we offer a BYO drinks option.

• What is the maximum capacity of the venue?
We offer options for up to 200 cocktail-style guests or a sit-down wedding for up to 180 guests

• What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your wedding date. The final payment is due one month prior to the event

Old Broadwater Farm homestead was built in the early 1800s, from limestone found onsite and from local timbers milled by successful pioneering families. The property has always been rich in wildlife and fertile soil for farming which attracted Family’s like the Bussell’s, the Forrest’s and the Rose’s to the property, each adding their own loving touches.In the year 1912 Old Broadwater Farm was passed on to the Packard-Hair family who, for three generations, have lovingly restored the homestead and kept its doors open. The Packard-Hair family is pleased to invite you to come and create your own special memories and connections at this truly beautiful place
