I don't think there is such a thing as a bad season for weddings ❄️🔆
I will never get over how incredibly lucky we have been to have such amazing couples to work with on their wedding days!
I've said before and I'll say it again - Thank you to all our wonderful couples - we are still yet to be "thankful" that an event is over.
I just want to live these days on repeat! (And I'm sure you do too 😘)

Who said water stations had to be boring? 👌
One of the biggest reasons I love being a for weddings and special events is because no two are ever the same!
This is exactly why I don't box myself and my team into in a specific "job description" - We are here on the day to make your day run smoothly; however that may be.
Heres a quick breakdown what I did yesterday for my amazing couples big day:

• Reissued updated timeline
• Liaised with all vendors and confirmed bump in times at 8am
• Picked up beer keg
• Directed vendors on arrival
• Set up personal items for reception
• Checked in on both Bride and Groom during prep time
• Took some BTS shots before photographer arrived
• Greeted guests and ushered them to shades waiting area prior to ceremony
• Managed timeline
• Ushered guests to ceremony
• Liaised between bride and celebrant to get bridal party down the aisle for entrance
• Videod ceremony
• Handed out confetti during signing
• Videod exit
• Took platters out and set up in "pre reception" area
• Relocated the ceremony florals and decor to reception
• Ushered guests to reception
• Assisted Bridal party with reception entrance
• Jumped the food truck queue to get the photographer fed PRIOR to speeches (this is always important 👌)
• Assisted with a medical emergency
• Monitored guestbook and Polaroid station
• Got food for the bride and Groom -and put it in their room for them to eat later
• Made sure the Bride and Groom were "Well Lubricated"
• Moved bins and cleared tables
• Managed Timeline and caught up on time loss earlier
• Cut and served the wedding cake
• Took party time photos after photographer left
• Packed down majority of florals
• Checked with guests they had signed the guest book
• Put card box in Bridal suite
• Cleaned up caterers kitchen
And went home 11 hours later ✌️
It was an incredible day and I Absolutely love being a part of it!
And a huge thank you to all my couple past, present and future who have trusted me to execute their wedding in their vision 🧡🥂

Grooms, this one’s for you.
It’s ok mate, you don’t have to be macho, hold it in, act indifferent, act like you even don’t want to get married.
We know you want to.
Even if you roll your eyes, complain about your empty bank account and the cost of the flowers, or the cake.
We know how much you love her.
We see the way you look at her.
We heard the story about how you asked her to be your forever person.
We know that even if getting married or having a big wedding hasn’t been your childhood dream, you know that it is hers, and you would do anything to bring joy to her heart.
So trust me when I tell you that people won’t think you’re a dick if you cry on your wedding day. Because we get it.
And if there is one thing guaranteed to make EVERYONE CRY at your ceremony- it’s when YOU need a tissue to wipe your eyes.
It’s your day too- don’t be afraid to show your emotions. I’ll be by your side supporting you, with my box of Kleenex.

One benefit of an On The Day Coordinator?
Having someone greet you and help you down the aisle when all the nerves and excitement take over.
What's not to like: think of us like your personal assistant- someone to:
- Greet you and notify celebrant of your arrival
- Assist with timing getting down the aisle
- Fluff your dress as you get into position after bridal party begin walking.
- Retrieve your personal items from wedding cars
Good for us; Maybe sad for you...

Just 2 seconds from each hour of our 10 hour on the day package! • • • Sometimes not everything goes to plan and having someone to adjust things on the fly and directly handle any issues that arise is worth more than you can imagine!
