You will define, execute and optimise strategies that drive growth via customer acquisition and increased revenue in a fun, flexible and fast-paced start-up environment. The right candidate brings strong thought leadership, but also knows how to get their hands dirty and optimise and iterate along the way. They thrive in ambiguity, are an excellent communicator and marketing visionary that challenges the status quo in order to provide delightful consumer experiences with the Two Lovers brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage digital strategy and optimisation across search, social and video with the primary objectives to grow Two Lovers brand presence, as well as drive new customer acquisitions at desired ROAS. - Responsible for the strategic development and performance management of Two Lovers marketing investment - Align cross functionally to insure our partner and collaborator marketing needs are met, in addition to consumers. - Analyse data and consumer insights to make informed audience decisions Provide weekly reporting cadence to ensure leadership team is across metrics About You: - 3+ years experience in digital marketing and / or social - Strong thought leadership and ability to contribute to both short and long term strategy - Proven track record to drive customer acquisition through digital mediums - Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and project management skills Preferred Experience: - Experience in, or working closely with, any of the following fields: wedding industry, event industry, styling or planning. - Experience in fast-paced start-up environment About Two Lovers: Two Lovers is Australia and New Zealand’s fastest growing startup in the wedding & events space. This is a highly autonomous and creative role working in a fun, flexible, creative and fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the management and performance our Digital Stylist tool on Two Lovers Platform - Provide real-time styling and planning advice to Two Lovers customers (i.e. couples) - Assist with in-house content creation and photoshoot styling - Stay ahead of industry trends and translate these into website layout, and product suggestions - Analyse data and consumer insights to make informed audience decisions - Provide weekly reporting cadence to ensure the leadership and marketing team is across user metrics About You: - 2+ years experience in wedding or events as a professional planning or stylist - Personable, well presented and an excellent written and verbal communicator - Comfortable using technology on a day-to-day basis - Creative, detail oriented and passionate about weddings - Strong thought leadership and ability to contribute to both short and long term strategies - Thrives in a fast paced environment Love all of the above and want to join our team?
