Grass Roots Advisory Services (GRAS) was established in April 2019, with a vision of advocating, empowering and supporting ‘Grass Roots’ Organisations. GRAS is a self-established, self-funded, Indigenous owned & operated company established in the Cairns City area. Our client-base-area spreads across the Far North Queensland region with direct connections to Aboriginal, Torres Strait & Pacific Islander people, clans, nations and groups. Our services are extended to all non-indigenous people and groups, individuals, associations, organisations, companies, businesses, stall holders, performers, artists, service providers, vendors and many more.

To consult on business development, structure, plan, goal and outcome required for a specific business purpose, need and or requirement.

To provide an easily accessible and culturally appropriate grant/funding ‘research-to-acquittal’ service for those who seek to provide a business activity.

To provide a thorough and appropriate screening service to those employers who search for quality personnel to be offered a sustainable employment tenure, with acquired the relevant ‘real’ experience, qualifications and knowledge and possess a genuine commitment to the specific role, term, condition, environment and purpose.
