We are incredibly grateful for the support from our wonderful community during our ownership transition this year. Your trust and encouragement have been invaluable to us.

We have declared Wayne a National Treasure and given him a wee holiday with his family before returning to us in the New Year.

Hi everyone, Quick shout out.....Thank you for an awesome year!!
It has been an honour to work with Wayne and to to now be owner of Cairns spit Roast. Our transition has been so smooth, you may not have even noticed. ( the national treasure Wayne will be staying with us for as long as we can possibly see) We look forward to growing, and still delivering the best dam tasty roasts in Cairns.
