Loaded Aussie Brisket is here for the whole 3 days at the freedom music festival ready to cater for your needs with our 36hour slow cooked brisket, ribs and wings. All meals come with either pesto pasta salad, broccolini quinoa salad or hot chips.

Lunchtime on both Saturday & Sunday we are offering brisket wraps with a side salad or a burger with side salad or chips.

For Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening we offer a full dinner service with our slow cook brisket, ribs & wings with two amazing summer salads.

This weekend we are playing at Freedom Music festival so we thought that we would release a surprise single to celebrate!

This song first appeared in our repertoire as a jam that we would play to close out market gigs and is very close to our hearts. It’s a celebration song and a reminder to be thankful for what God has done.
