Releasing this one out into the universe.

A recent brief, but sweet vacation to KI was largely soundtracked by an Analogue Attic Recordings playlist on Spotify. So the tracks in this mix are mostly from AA, reminiscent of my time there and my love for the label. The audio is intertwined on YouTube with a revolving scene I recorded on my not-so-analog camera during an afternoon in Penneshaw, along with some field recording harvested on the island.

Back at Brklyn tonight for the first time since we had the old Groundfloor record shop up in that space... with Ruby, Maliboo and Bobby Prince ... and tomorrow night, in a similar fashion to the aforementioned at The Cult Records Stage at RCC. Only two more weekends in that space, which has been plenty of fun for us in the past few with the interviews, live music and deejays we’ve hosted. Thanks to all the artists and staff! An array of great local music still left to WITness in addition to the stacked Main Stage program, including Featherstone [Live] this Sunday evening. I’ve shared that program on my story and via the Groundfloor avenues.

Next Saturday night is also our last club night at Sugar for the Fringe season, feat Escape Artist. A full night of music, then we wait and see what’s in store for April?

We’re working on a side stage with RCC this year called ‘The Cult Records’, which opens tonight...just walk through 'The Doppler Shift’ on site and you’ll find it, and us. Groundfloor Radio perched here all festival - hosting a series of interviews, panels, boutique live performances and deejays across the five weekends.

I hope everyone is doing well out there...it’s my first time on here in a while in what has been a strange year.

Over the weekend I recorded two new mixes, the first of which released last night and the second of which releases today. I had a lot of fun recording them; they comprise of late night euphoria, which has only magnified the prominent urge to dance!

This page is for all things personal in terms of music sharing - what I'm digging, where I'm playing, good reads or viewings, things I'm interested in.

Here's a podcast I recorded middle of last year for Groundfloor. This particular mix features some gorge ambient released last year on Australian labels Ken Oath Records, Body Promise and Analogue Attic Recordings.
