Hi everyone, our last menu for the year before we start the madness of Christmas catering!
An old favourite, a chicken, leek, bacon and corn pie. Probably your last chance to have some comfort food before summer hits- if we do get some.
We will need an ovenproof dish for this one, but if you don’t have a suitable size, we can always loan you one. $12.50 per serve, $50 for 4 etc. We will give you the pie uncooked so you can bake it fresh yourself.
Dessert is a decadent new recipe, rum and raisin caramel slice. Haven’t made it before but it looks so yum. Definitely one to have in small quantities. $28 for a whole, $14 for a half $7 for a quarter.

Rustic Tarts Food Christmas Goodies.

Well, that time of the year is nearly upon us so time to do some planning! Let us help you with delicious treats for the festive season.
Please be aware that we may have to restrict the amount we make of each item as we were totally overwhelmed with orders last year, so get in early to avoid disappointment!

As last years offerings were very popular, we are sticking to similar things this year. We have a range of savoury and sweet delights including something special for your four-legged friends.

On offer we have-
Pumpkin and feta or spinach and mushroom arancini balls $1.70 each or $20.40 per dozen
Thai fish cakes available in two sizes, $1.60 cocktail size ( they will be bigger this year, we are aware they were a little small last year) or $4.70 for more substantial.
*please note that both of the above will come frozen and we can assure you they freeze very well.

Smoked trout pate in a smoked salmon case. They come in 3 sizes $15 for the small, $18 for medium and $21 for the larger ones. These will come to you fresh, but they also freeze well if you want to keep them for a later date.

Now for the sweet-
Festive shortbread, $14 per bag
Mini yo-yo’s, $15 per bag
Deluxe homemade mince pies, $3.70 each or $44 per dozen
Decadent flourless chocolate cake (GF) $32
French strawberry dessert cake $ 32
Peanut butter Dougall biscuits for your favourite pooch $12 ( even though my lovely boy is no longer with us, l couldn’t change the name!)

If you would like anything else outside these offerings give us a call, but please be aware we may not be able to help, depending on the amount of orders we have.
Last orders by 5pm on Friday, 12th December. Final pick up day is the 23rd of December. If you would like to pick them up earlier, please just let us know.

Hi everyone, reminder time.
On the menu this week we have Moussaka, the Greek version of lasagna but only lighter as it uses sliced roasted eggplant instead of pasta. Absolutely delicious and great comfort food. We will need an ovenproof dish for this one.
$12.50 per serve, $50 for 4 etc.
Dessert is an individual baked lemon cheesecake with a rhubarb compote topping- thank you to Trish for the rhubarb! The photo actually has poached quince on it as l had some at the time, but you get the general idea. $7 each.

Hi everyone, even later today for the reminder post, sorry about that!
We have a delicious low kilojoule vegetarian dish on the menu this week- Turkish zucchini and haloumi cake, sort of like a crustless grown up quiche. $12.50 per serve.
Dessert is a little less virtuous, a strawberry cheesecake banana bread, so yummy! Think the title says it all. $28 for a whole, $7 per individual serve.

Hi everyone. Meant to do this yesterday, but just a reminder that we are not offering our weekly meals this week as we have a large catering event on this weekend.
We will be back the following week for our last few before the Christmas craziness.

Morning everyone, reminder time.
On the menu this week is a new recipe plus a traditional one.
Main course is a chicken, bacon, caramelised onion and sweet potato galette. In case you haven’t had a galette before, it is basically a free form pie, but an open one so you can see all the delicious ingredients inside. We can make them any size you want, starting at $12.50 for an individual serve, $50 for 4 etc.
We will need a flat plate or tray for this one to transport home.
Dessert is where the classic comes in, Mary Berry’s ( she is the British version of Maggie Beer) Gingerbread. Spicy, sticky and utterly yummy. $7 per individual serve, $28 for a whole cake. This keeps and freezes extremely well.
