Reminder time folks. We’re back after a lovely relaxing break, recharging those batteries.
We are starting the year with our most popular dish- spinach and ricotta cannelloni. Think you all know what that consists of but for the uninitiated, it is a blend of spinach and different sorts of cheeses piped into cannelloni shells, then nestled into homemade tomato sauce before before being covered with a thin layer of creamy bechamel sauce. Finally it has a little more cheese and crunchy breadcrumbs on top. Delicious! We will need an ovenproof dish for this one please.
Our prices have remained the same, $12.50 per serve, $50 for 4 etc.
Dessert is a plum and almond crumble slice, using the last of my delicious blood plums that l managed to save from the birds. They have obviously worked out my four-legged bird scarer is missing and are going for it. This will be $28 for a whole slice, $14 for half, $7 for a quarter.
