Sydney Melodic Metal band Visualis are absolutely stoked to be playing their debut Canberra gig at Questfest 2025.

After playing support for the legendary Dream Evil at their Sydney show, they have been busy polishing the last details of their upcoming full length album ‘Rites of the Eclipse’ (coming early 2025).

With a mix of driving riffs, epic vocals and catchy melodies, their brand of Melodic Metal gathers influence from a bunch of different subgenres.

Shú-Nagua is a theatrical prog rock/metal band from Wollongong, Australia, that bases its roots heavily within its sprawling lore and extensive fictional universe.
Through combining elements of art rock, post-rock and progressive metal, the band forge an inventive and at times chaotic soundscapes to accompany the story of the Shú-Nagua- the wreck-less hive-mind, hell-bent on the decimation and assimilation of all life across the astral planes of Windermere.

Questfest 2018 alumni, Mirrorshield, return and bring with them a brand new album!!
Visions From a Crystal Light will be released on all major streaming platforms on December 12, 2024, with physical CDs to follow soon after. Visions features 11 epic tracks and serves as part one of a trilogy exploring the resurrection of an ancient evil and the heroic struggle to overcome it. This album dives deep into the mystical lore of Eremoss, centering on powerful mystics and the arcane tomes that hold the secrets of the past.
