Today, we provided catering services for a longstanding client's monthly meeting at 220 London Circuit, Canberra City, featuring carrot cakes with cream cheese topping, fresh fruit skewers, and a platter of vegetable sticks accompanied by handmade dips.

We were delighted to be approached in the foyer by a previous client who expressed their appreciation for the service we delivered to their organisation last month.

Recently we had the honour of meeting the Governor General of Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC.

The Governor General popped in for a visit to the Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health and Community Services to celebrate National Aboriginal Children’s Day on 4th August. We had the privilege of catering for this event celebrating our communities borri’s (babies/children). Thank you to Winnunga for inviting us to be apart of this special day. ☺️🫂💛🖤❤️

We had the honour of catering for Reconciliation Australia farewelling Old Parliament House. Devils chocolate cake with fresh raspberry buttercream, vegetable quiches and a seasonal fruit platter and a tea and coffee station. 🖤💛❤️

Day conference.

* Individual yogurt with apple compote and pecan granola
* Individual fruit cups
* Individual carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese icing
* Petite Fours - chocolate hazelnut cream puffs, mini chocolate eclairs with vanilla cream filling and raspberry macarons.
* Charcuterie boards (cold cut meats, cheeses, anti-pesto skewers with Mum Mary’s apple, pear and chilli chutney and crackers.
* Handmade banana and pecan bread with a date and maple butter
* Dip platters with vegetable sticks with crackers
* Seasonal fruit platters

Our SNAICC two day conference we had the pleasure of presenting:

* Sushi platters (smoked salmon, spicy tune and crispy chicken & vegetable tempura with wasabi and soy dipping sauce.
* Spiced roasted cauliflower with tahini and almond salad
* Japanese slaw with sesame mayo
* chicken penne pasta.
* Lamb and rosemary pies
* Beef pies with a Smokey and tomato dipping sauce * Spinach and cheese filio rolls
* Pumpkin cous cous with fresh mint salad
* Chicken mustard pasta salad
* Edamane freekeh and kale salad
* Roasted vegetable quiches.
