McLeod’s Angels were honoured to provide catering services for the Gugan Galwun new building opening last month, marking a significant occasion. The community event proved to be a resplendent celebration of the organisation’s history and future.
The menu featured hot food items, including coconut and lemon grass chicken curry with rice, buffalo chicken wings with ranch dipping sauce, quiches, mini beef pies, mini beef sausage rolls, vegan sausage rolls, and dipping sauces.
A tea and coffee station was also available, offering apple and orange juices. Popular menu items included individual charcuterie cups, an assortment of sweet treats, individual yoghurt with granola and apple compote cups, fairy bread, seasonal fruit cups, and whole fruit bowls.
The celebration cakes consisted of a large chocolate cake with a strawberry buttercream filling, featuring an edible image of Gugan Gulwan’s new building, and mini chocolate cupcakes with hazelnut buttercream icing and edible toppers.
