Rhi & Luke - 6.12.24 - What a great couple and how privileged was I to pronounce them husband and wife today. They first met at work and have created a life together and I wish them a happy ever after. Before their family and friends I shared their love story and how much they inspire each other every day. Today marks the first of December and on the 31st I will no longer be taking on Wedding to conduct ceremonies as a celebrant. CelebrationsByRoger will be no more!!! Along the way I have met some of the most amazing people. I would like to take this opportunity to thank some special people. To the couples that I have been lucky enough to marry, thank you for trusting me to be part of your special day. To all the beautiful venues that I have worked with, there are so many that it’s hard to actually identify them all. To all the photographers and videographers that I have had the pleasure of meeting along the way- thanks for the fun that we have made together and for the opportunity to work with you. To all the wedding supplies that I have had the pleasure of meeting along the way. I will miss being part of the wedding industry and hope in some small way I have contributed to a lot of memorable wedding days. It’s now time to relax and enjoy life. I have three weddings to go so maybe I will see you at one of them.

Wow what a week, today was their third ceremony with two cultural ones being held as well as today’s civil ceremony. I was lucky enough to meet this beautiful couple from Sydney who brought all their guests down to the capital to celebrate with them. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place when it came to exchanging vows. Congratulations to a beautiful couple and hope they have a happy ever after 💗💕💞

Yesterday I had the honor and pleasure of being part of the wedding day of Jenna & Tyler. These guys were absolutely amazing to work with and not only were there tears, laughter and a few surprises elements of the day it was perfect in every way. Thanks to Tyler for making Jenna wait but it was all worth it. To be part of their wedding day was so great and working with a dream team was also so special. .cbr

Lachie & Sabrina - 28.9.24 - yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of being part of a love story and being able to join these two lovebirds in marriage . What an awesome day for Mr & Mrs Potts on Monday. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting this couple over a year ago and together we have journeyed to their wedding day. How happy they were to start their married life and I was lucky enough to be not only their Celebrant but also their Emcee. Congratulations to Siam & Alex for a lifetime of happiness. A winter wedding in Canberra today with the sun shining and family and friends excited to see Simon & Aimee tie the knot. Having come all the way from Canada to be married with Simon’s family present was a very special occasion and there were smiles all round. It was my pleasure to pronounce them husband and wife and to get a photo taken with them ‘Just Married by Roger’.

After a week of rain and cool weather yesterday afternoon turned out to be perfect for these two beautiful humans to get married. It was my absolute pleasure to be able to pronounce them husband & wife before their family and friends. The radiant bride arrived to greet her very nervous groom and then we had a bit of fun with the guests making some promises to them. 27 April 2024 - Tayla & Mitchell - surrounded by their nearest and dearest this awesome couple committed to each other today. There were loads of nerves and a few tears, plenty of laughter and a huge sprinkling of love. One of the highlights was the fact that they had two of their grandmothers sign as witnesses, so special and so beautiful.
