It was a cold September day when Ashley married Mark at Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Winery on Tamborine Mountain but nothing was going to stop these two saying "I do" in front of an intimate group of their family and friends💗

Cedar Creek Estate was my most visited venue in 2024, and I just love this outdoor spot right by the pond. As you can see it makes a beautiful backdrop 💗

20.09.2024 - Caitlin & Justin

There was not a dry eye in the Chapel at Pioneer Country when Caity married her Texan cowboy Justin! Meeting for the first time at the Regatta Hotel in Brisbane, Caity knew he was the one. "This Texan's charm lassoed me faster than a two-step, and next thing I knew, we were dancing the night away, spilling life secrets like confetti at a parade. By the end, I felt like I'd known Justin since dial-up internet and butterfly clips were the height of cool". As they say: "when you meet the right one you'll know" and these two knew 🩷 Since that first date, life has been one big adventure and they have no plans to slow down anytime soon!!

New Years Eve is the perfect day to get married, and today I am pleased to announce that Marion & Tony are officially hitched, after 37 years together ❤️

Here from the UK with family for Christmas, this pair (who don’t like to rush these things according to Tony) said ‘I do’ at the iconic on Tamborine Mountain.

Bec ensured things ran seamlessly from the hotel side of things and surprised us with a visit from Cooper the St Bernard (I mean is it even a St Bernard’s Hotel wedding if you don’t get a cuddle from Cooper?)

It was such a pleasure to finally meet this beautiful couple after speaking via email since March! The shared laughter and joy between them is truly something special ❤️

What a way to end a fabulous 2024. Happy New Year everyone x

I absolutely love a country wedding and this one was a highlight this year. We were ‘somewhere’ out west in the Scenic Rim on a private property. It threatened to rain but it passed and was perfect! We held the ceremony with the dam as a backdrop. They partied into the night under Tipi’s and the stars ✨ It was the perfect day!

Let's chat about the weather... if there is one thing we will never master, its trying to predict, or control the weather! A little rain on your wedding day is totally ok and it can make for gorgeous pics (like this one of Kelsey & Jason!) ☂️🤍. It doesn't happen though without some pre-planning.

Here are a few things you can do to make sure that no matter what, its going to be ok on the day and the show will go on!!

1. Work with wedding specialists who know their stuff and you trust - your Celebrant, Photographer, Venue, on-the-day Coordinator and your Musician will all pull together and support you on the day should the weather turn pre or mid-ceremony
2. Have a wet weather back up plan - yes you need one and no umbrellas alone are not the answer (although having them on hand is always a good idea!)
3. Consider your guests - while you might not mind a bit of rain on your face during the ceremony, your guests may not enjoy getting soaked. If the venue/coordinator and celebrant recommend that we move to your plan B wet weather option, take their advice!
4. Weather in Qld is not just about potential rain - consider the heat, especially in Summer months! Offering your guests shelter, cold water, a hand-held fan or even parasol umbrellas will all go down a treat!

So a few weeks ago Kaitlyn & Christian got hitched! They gathered their closest friends and family at Siblings Kirra and just before dinner I turned up and we got them married in a super simple ceremony.

As you can see from the amazing photos, it may have been simple, but the love and laughter in the room was next level. Then they left me this review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"Amanda was perfect! We did the legals only ceremony at our favourite restaurant and it was everything we wanted. We were still able to have some special moments (ring bearer and witnesses). It was very simple and perfect, highly recommend, thank you for everything Amanda ☺️"
