Paramoor Winery is a boutique winery nestled amongst native bushland high in the Macedon Ranges, only an hour from Melbourne. Once a working Clydesdale horse farm, the original heritage barn accommodates the cellar door and it’s in this rustic environment that the Paramoor wines are showcased. Will places quality ahead of quantity and aims to produce wines of a national a

nd international standard. The region’s cool climate is ideal for the riesling, pinot gris and pinot noir grapes they have planted. The range of wines include riesling, pinot gris, pinot noir, rose, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz/cabernet sauvignon.

The unpredictability of it all and the sheer busyness.

We’re 12 days in here and already we have the Paramoor favourites - Kathleen Shiraz, Uncle Fred Cabernet and an@exciting new edition, the yet to be named Grenache Rosé bubbling away, creating evocative aromas around the place.

With weeks away from picking Will’s Vineyard Pinot, we take a small breath whilst coaxing the Heathcote reds through the fermentation journey 🍇🍷❤️
