Huge thank you to the folks at Lake Macquarie City Council, Anglican Care and of course Saddler's Creek Wines for donating your time to assist in the preparations for the Christmas lunch.
We have produced around 2500 containers of food that will be served to nearly 1500 people on Christmas Day. Was a huge effort and everyone did it with a smile on their faces and a jovial attitude even my beautiful daughter!!

So every year for the last 6 years we have catered for an amazing charity event in Newcastle, The Samaritans Xmas luncheon for the underprivileged. It’s an amazingly well organised and executed event that relies heavily on local support.
For the past couple years I have had wonderful support from my incredible suppliers who have arranged for product to be donated. With out whom the near 1500 people that we feed on Xmas day wouldn’t have such a great day.

So we have many fingers in many different pies, so to speak, from a great pub to pop ups with the food trailer to private diners, to large banquets. Well Seasoned does it all.
