Just picked up my custom order from Nicole over at Sourdough Kneads .
I asked Nicole if she could replicate my childhood favourite of herb and Parmesan focaccia bread and without hesitation she agreed to give a go.😍
I'm glad she did cause it's absolutely delicious 😋 (I tired to hide it in the photo but I already ate a corner) 😂🫣
I will definitely be returning ☺️

Don't forget everyone next WEDNESDAY the 7th I'll be CLOSED for a month for healing as it's my operation day. I will also be CLOSED on the MONDAY 5th and TUESDAY 6th to spend time with my family and get my house organised before I'm to undertake strict bed rest for 10 days. Thought it was about time I shared the news🥲 and gave everyone the heads up that I'll be ❌️CLOSED❌️all of August from the 7th until probably early September.
This hasn't been an easy decision for me as I LOVE my job but my health has to come first unfortunately.
