A truly memorable banquet is about more than just delicious roast meats. Our chefs have carefully crafted sides to perfectly complement and enhance the flavours of your banquet proteins, creating a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience for you and your guests!

When selecting your banquet sides, you can choose from:

Option 1
- Layered Potato Gratin, creamed leek, marjoram, parmesan & crispy onions
- Dutch Carrots, roasted eshallot, tahini, shallots & spiced almonds
- Perino Tomato, grilled zucchini & white bean salad, zaatar, mint, sumac seeds & feta

Grace and Liam

We just had to share some of these stunning shots from Grace and Liam’s wedding earlier this year. Their day truly reflected exactly who they are as a couple, and beautifully captured their essence. Here’s a selection of photos we fell in love with!

We began with a selection of canapés while served drinks. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, with everyone connecting, laughing, and soaking in the joy of the day. Following this, we created a generous banquet meal! (check out the menu below).

Canapés:
- Baked Four Cheese Tart, cheese custard, thyme & hot honey
- Smoked Salmon Rilette, tartare, pickled cucumber, puffed rice crisp & aleppo
- Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Dumpling, miso mayo, shallots, mint & soy seeds

Banquet:
- Braised Beef Cheek, jus, thyme & sourdough pangritatta

On October 12th Amy and Sherman said their vows with the steps at creating the most beautiful outlook for their ceremony!

This was a celebration built around everything they love, so of course their two dogs and Amy’s horse were an important part of the day. We had the pleasure of creating a fully custom Italian menu for their wedding which suited the venue perfectly.

We began the evening with canapés before serving an abundant banquet main course with rich Italian flair.

Thank you Amy and Sherman for choosing us to create this dining experience for you. We wish you both every joy as you step into this next beautiful chapter together.

We had the pleasure of catering the Nature’s Care gala, where 250 guests came together to celebrate in style!

It was an incredible event to be part of!

The atmosphere was buzzing, the room was full of energy and our team enjoyed every moment. Large events like this are where we really shine. We love the planning, the timing, the logistics and the satisfaction of seeing everything run smoothly from the first canapé to the final plate.

Guests were welcomed with canapés, followed by a beautifully plated entrée and an alternate drop main course. We also managed the cake cutting and plating, keeping the evening seamless so guests could simply relax and enjoy.

The menu:

Canapés
• House Smoked Salmon, wonton crisp, gribiche, dill & aleppo
• Beef Fillet Tataki, chilli jam, puffed sesame crisp, wakame & togarashi
• Caramelised Beetroot Tart, parmesan, pesto & hazelnuts

Entree
• BBQ Chorizo, lentil ragout, salsa verde, zucchini, seeds & Hunter Valley
feta

Alternate Drop Main Course
• Glazed Beef Cheek, cauliflower puree, garlic mushrooms, jus, radish &

The photos speak for themselves! Georgia and Mat chose the stunning for their wedding on Friday 29 August, 2025.

They chose to surround themselves with 125 of their favourite people to help them celebrate their love and commitment to each other. We were excited to be part of this gorgeous day and brought some of our most delicious selections to the table.

After the ceremony, the couple chose four selections of our roaming canapés as guests mingled around the pool and through the beautiful courtyards. The team at served the drinks, and the relaxed evening flowed from there.

They selected an individually plated entree to begin the dinner service, followed by an alternate drop main course. Our team also handled the cake cutting, which we plated and served roaming on trays.

Their full menu is below:

Canapés:
• Torched Scallop, cauliflower puree, dill & caper brown butter
• Grilled Haloumi Soft Taco, tomato chutney, shaved slaw & spiced almonds
• Portobello Mushroom Arancini, leek, thyme, parmesan & truffle aioli
• BBQ Chorizo Roll, aged cheddar, bruschetta, dijon & crispy eshallot

Individually Plated Entree:
• Torched Salmon, caramelised cauliflower, puree, yellow squash, truffle capers, dukkah & dill

Alternate drop main course:
• Roasted Porchetta, caramelised fennel, puree, charred
broccolini, cabbage jam, jus & eshallot;
• Braised Beef Cheek, potato gratin, sauteed kale, dutch carrots,beef reduction & pangritata
