Georgia and Mat
The photos speak for themselves! Georgia and Mat chose the stunning for their wedding on Friday 29 August, 2025.
They chose to surround themselves with 125 of their favourite people to help them celebrate their love and commitment to each other. We were excited to be part of this gorgeous day and brought some of our most delicious selections to the table.
After the ceremony, the couple chose four selections of our roaming canapés as guests mingled around the pool and through the beautiful courtyards. The team at served the drinks, and the relaxed evening flowed from there.
They selected an individually plated entree to begin the dinner service, followed by an alternate drop main course. Our team also handled the cake cutting, which we plated and served roaming on trays.

Canapés:
• Torched Scallop, cauliflower puree, dill & caper brown butter
• Grilled Haloumi Soft Taco, tomato chutney, shaved slaw & spiced almonds
• Portobello Mushroom Arancini, leek, thyme, parmesan & truffle aioli
• BBQ Chorizo Roll, aged cheddar, bruschetta, dijon & crispy eshallot
Individually Plated Entree:
• Torched Salmon, caramelised cauliflower, puree, yellow squash, truffle capers, dukkah & dill
Alternate drop main course:
• Roasted Porchetta, caramelised fennel, puree, charred
broccolini, cabbage jam, jus & eshallot;
• Braised Beef Cheek, potato gratin, sauteed kale, dutch carrots,beef reduction & pangritata
