A little glimpse into Kirin and James’ wedding last week at the beautiful Kangy Gardens!

The couple chose an intimate midweek celebration surrounded by their favourite people. It was the most gorgeous spring day, with Kangy Gardens’ stunning grounds and an outdoor courtyard feast that made the evening unforgettable.

A night filled with connection, laughter and we love nothing more than seeing everyone gathered around a dining table filled with food, the perfect way to celebrate love.

The banquet menu they selected below:

PROTEINS
- Lebanese Charred Chicken, pickled onions, chives & buttermilk ranch
- Braised Beef Cheek, jus, thyme, radish & sourdough pangritatta

SIDES - OPTION 2
- Layered Potato Gratin, creamed leek, marjoram, parmesan & crispy onions 
- Wok Tossed Greens, eshallot vinaigrette, chilli, ginger, shallots & togarashi

These are three of our absolutely delicious individually plated main course dishes that are bound to put a smile on everyone’s face. Each dish is carefully created and plated just for you, filled with flavour and the highest quality seasonal ingredients.

In order of appearance:

Moorish Spiced Lamb, caponata, charred sweet potato, garlic mushrooms, feta & kale crisps

Roasted Porchetta, caramelised fennel, puree, charred broccolini, cabbage jam, jus & eshallot

Lebanese Charred Chicken, roasted pumpkin, haloumi, capsicum, herbs, cous cous, ranch & almonds
